We do not directly offer auto loans, financing, or credit decisions. Our role is to help facilitate connections between users and dealerships.

  • Be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

If you purchase leads from DrivingNow.ca, you agree to the following:

  • All fees must be paid as outlined in your pricing plan or agreement.

  • Payments are due upon receipt unless stated otherwise.

  • All lead sales are final—GetGoing does not guarantee approvals, conversions, or successful financing outcomes.

7. Privacy

Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the DrivingNow.ca website—including text, logos, images, designs, and software—is owned or licensed by DrivingNow.ca.
